Our team believes that just advocating for good business practices doesn't make you a good business. Rather, we will embody the changes we wish to see, committing to multiple practices that will benefit the lives of our employees, our community, and our world.

Employees

As employers, it is our duty to make sure everyone under our care is taken care of. No one should have a job and still not be able to live comfortably, thus we will be paying all of our employees a fair, livable wage that will grow with time. Along with a fair wage, employees will have access to training and clinics that will help them to reach their maximum potential and be competitive should they choose to continue their careers elsewhere.

Community

Our "community" doesn't end at the people who work for us. We believe in uplifting those who need a helping hand and so we will be committed to providing after-school programs and mentor programs to the underprivileged communities and at-risk youth of Austin. Partnerships with nonprofits and local schools will make sure these programs are effective and beneficial.

 World 

It is every person's responsibility to reduce their carbon footprint, and that extends to the biggest contributor to global climate change right now: large corporations and businesses. To mitigate our own carbon footprint, Gravity will be designed to use grey water recycling and solar power generation, and we will use recyclable and sustainable packaging wherever possible.
